FINCEN Filing

We will electronically file the FINCEN for your US LLC.

From 2004, the Corporate Transparency Act requires you to disclose the ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) of your US LLC.

File now to avoid $25,000 penalties for non compliance.

If you formed your US LLC prior to 2024… you will have one year to register your company with FINCEN.

LLCs formed in 2024 will have 90 days to register.

LLCs formed from 2025 will have 30 days to register.
